### **Acephate (75% SP) – Systemic Organophosphate Insecticide**

**Mode of Action:**

– **Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor** (IRAC Group 1B) – disrupts nerve function, causing paralysis and death.

**Target Pests:**

– **Aphids**, **leaf miners**, **thrips**, **caterpillars**, **borers**, **sucking-chewing pests**.

**Key Benefits:**

– **Dual action** (contact + systemic) for foliar and soil pests.

– **Fast knockdown** with residual activity (7–10 days).
